LandTech offers a enterprise property software that allows home builders, property developers and land developers to reduce their prospecting work from weeks into a single afternoon. It combines multiple data sources and channels them in one simple dashboard. These data points would otherwise require timely effort to collect, for example calling counties, or juggling multiple other platforms and tools.
"The biggest win? Definitely getting everything automated and running while we slept. I mean, before that, we were running around trying to get appointments and seeing no consistency. With Wyngman, it became a smooth, automated process. And the time saved has been incredible—tens of hours weekly easily, probably more if you really look at it. It allowed us to focus on higher priority tasks without worrying about the day-to-day grind of outreach."
"Before Wyngman, we had no predictable revenue. Our appointments were totally sporadic, and we didn’t have an SDR function in place. We were spending a lot of money on outbound strategies and paid ads, and it just wasn’t getting us where we needed to be. We were new entrants into the market, and we needed speed and efficiency to make up ground. But the way we were going about it—lots of outbound work and paid ads—just wasn’t sustainable."
LandTech tried to break into the US market, specifically the Florida market. They are a well known player in the UK, but for the US they got a new set of cards.
So the challenge was to repackage their messaging for the US market.
Their audience were blue collar business people who operate mostly city or state wide, so we had to recreate a local familiarity while being based in the UK.
We can't give the secret sauce away, but in a nutshell, what we did to create a feeling of familiarity where 2 things:
- We leveraged certain information about food businesses located around the prospect's offer.
- And in a second campaign we leveraged the unique situation around iguanas in Florida to trigger responses.
Before we got anything going for Matthew, Calum and their team, we performed a market audit and performance forecast for them.
This way we could show them very realistic numbers in terms of how many interested leads can be generated through our AI outbound systems, what process can be automated, and they knew what to expect.
You can get such an audit and performance forecast for your offer when you hit the button below.
When pressing the button, you'll be booking a date 2-3 days in advance to discuss the results of your forecast.
With the booking you'll also receive a quick questionnaire so we can understand your market better.
What do you sell?
How does it help?
Who do you sell it to?
With this information we’ll perform the free forecast for you.Only if the numbers look and we know it will be profitable for you, then we’ll confirm your booked date and hop on a call together.
If your industry has an email to contact, is in need of what you offer and is business to business in nature, it’s a likely yes. We’ll do a performance forecast to make sure the market is reachable and of the right size but there’s only one way to know for sure and that’s to do the thing.
The first 2-3 weeks will be a patience period. This is the foundation of all future campaigns so you want it to be done right. During this period we’ll be setting up your customized tech stack, creating new domains and warming up the necessary email accounts (the emails have a mandatory minimum warm up period of two weeks to insure deliverability). During this time we’ll be working with you on the messaging to make sure it resonates with your audience. Typically by the end of week 3 the campaigns will begin and we will ramp up as time goes on.
